Item Removal & Disposal Policy All items must be picked up during the scheduled removal time as published. All items must be removed by winning bidder. Limited staff on site, therefore you must bring your own help to remove heavy and/or big items. Not all lots are wrapped or boxed, so please bring plenty of wrapping paper, boxes or totes. If you cannot make the designated pickup time, please do not bid. Due to space limitations and the fast pace of our auctions, these timeframes are strictly enforced. If you cannot attend the designated pick-up time, please do not bid. You may choose to forfeit or donate your items if you're unable to pick up, but this WILL affect your bidding privileges. No alternate pick-up times will be offered. Failure to Pick Up Items Will Result In: 1. Being blocked from future auctions with us. 2. Potential impact on your ability to bid in other HiBid auctions. 3. No refunds for any items deemed abandoned. Disposal & Restocking Fees Abandoned or unclaimed items may incur a disposal or restocking fee, based on the size and volume of the items left behind. These fees are determined at the discretion of the auction manager and may be charged to your credit card or invoiced. Important Reminder: It is the bidder’s responsibility to monitor their auction results and ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date. Please bid responsibly and plan accordingly.
