By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, however, the auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and shall not be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. * By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute, or contest this transaction. If this transaction is disputed or contested, the buyer will pay a restocking fee of 25% of hammer price and bidding privileges can be revoked from Hibid. * This online auction closes six (6) lots per minute, unless a bid is made within the last one (1) minute, then the listed item will automatically be extended for an additional two (2) minute. * Applicable local taxes apply at a rate of 8%. If you are tax exempt, please ensure your tax ID information is on file with ReCycle NEO, LLC prior to the close of this auction. * All major credit cards accepted. The registered debit/credit card will be charged the following day after the close of the auction for local pick up invoices. Shipping invoices will be charged when S&H charges have been added, and the package is ready to ship. The tracking information will be emailed at the time of shipping. * Winning items will ONLY be picked up during times designated. * Items not picked up by the 7th day will be returned to inventory and bidder's file will be noted as a failure to pick up and all bidding privileges can be revoked from Hibid, and a $5 restocking charge will be billed per lot, and charged to your credit card on file with HiBid. NO EXCEPTIONS. * Shipping is available ONLY on the items marked as such. Shipping will be paid for by the winning bidder. A single lot will be the actual shipping cost plus a $6 handling fee to help cover the expense of packaging material and labor. In addition, $1 handling per additional lot purchased will be added when combining shipping. Winning bidders of items requiring shipping will be charged for the adjusted invoice with shipping and handling added. Large orders may require more than one box.
