Baker B1, a boutique double-cutaway electric guitar designed by master luthier Gene Baker. Design Origins: Gene Baker, a former Senior Master Builder for the Fender Custom Shop and luthier for Gibson, designed the B1 to blend the best qualities of a Gibson Les Paul and a Fender Stratocaster.Key Features:Body: Mahogany construction, typically featuring a double-cutaway shape for easy high-fret access.Fingerboard: Ebony or rosewood fingerboard, often featuring distinctive mother-of-pearl block inlays as seen in your image.Scale Length: Generally a 24.75-inch scale, similar to a standard Gibson.Electronics: Equipped with dual humbucking pickups, frequently by manufacturers like Seymour Duncan or DiMarzio.Hardware: Often includes Grover tuners and a Tune-O-Matic bridge or wrap-around bridge setup.
