Amazonas Frigate, Original Banknote. Original Banco Central de Reserva del Perú banknote of 200 Soles de Oro, dated August 20, 1969. Obverse: Portrait of Ramón Castilla, distinguished Peruvian president and reformer of the 19th century. Coat of arms at center. Serial: Q6397858. Reverse: Detailed engraving of the Fragata Amazonas, symbol of Peru’s naval history. Condition: Excellent preservation with crisp details, vivid colors, and minimal signs of handling (see photos).
