Punchauca Hacienda House, Original Banknote. Original Banco Central de Reserva del Perú banknote of 500 Soles de Oro, dated September 1, 1971. Obverse: Portrait of Nicolás de Piérola, former president of Peru, accompanied by an allegorical figure of Liberty on the left. National coat of arms at center. Serials: L36213026 / L45625015. Reverse: Detailed engraving of the Casa Hacienda de Punchauca, historical site where decisive negotiations of independence took place. Background with pre-Columbian motifs. Condition: Both examples remain in collectible state, showing crisp details and preserved colors, with minor signs of handling consistent with age (see photos). Notes: Soles de Oro notes from the early 1970s are increasingly scarce in international markets, highly valued by collectors for their historical and artistic significance.
