Three rural landscape paintings executed in oil on canvas and board. The largest work depicts a weathered wooden barn alongside a dirt path with birds in flight, signed T. Burton in the lower right. The second painting is a horizontal composition featuring a red barn and a milk can by a fence, signed Hills in the lower right. T. Burton frame: 12.25 x 10.25 in. Hills frame: 6.25 x 8.25 in. Winter scene frame: 6 x 8 in.The collection is in fair to good condition overall. The frame for the T. Burton painting shows minor finish scuffing at the edges and corners. The frame for the Hills painting displays significant surface scuffing and finish loss along the outer edges. The painted surfaces appear stable and intact across all three works.
