This Pottery vase features a tapered conical neck and a bulbous base accented with pairs of applied vertical ribs. The exterior is finished in a high-gloss two-tone flambe glaze, transitioning from deep oxblood red to mottled vertical streaks of olive green and ochre. The unmarked white ceramic base is unglazed, and the interior of the vessel is finished in a pale celadon crackle glaze. A uniform network of intentional crazing is present throughout the heavy glaze application.Height: 10.5 inches.Excellent condition. Uniform heavy crazing is intentional and characteristic of the glaze style. No chips, cracks, or professional repairs are visible, with only minor surface scuffs consistent with age.
