This pair of Goebel Hummel hand-painted porcelain figurines features the Market Boy and Merry Wanderer models. Each figure is decorated in traditional matte glazes and bears the incised M.I. Hummel signature on the reverse of the base. The undersides are stamped with blue Goebel trademarks from the TMK-3 and TMK-5 eras and include incised model numbers.Market Boy: 4 inches Merry Wanderer: 4.25 inches.Both figurines exhibit fine age crazing to the glaze, most notable on the legs and bases. The Merry Wanderer has significant crazing on the underside and a minor surface scuff on the orange neckerchief. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible.
