Lot of 3 Traditional Japanese Inro This collection includes a beautiful gold toned intricate maki-e lacquer work inro depicting figures in a landscape (light scratching in spots). Box is 2 1/2" in height and contains 5 lacquered compartments and carved amber? bead. The second inro is Japanese Edo-period inro medicine case, designed with four compartments featuring deeply carved foliate scrollwork and is is accompanied by a cord, an ojime bead, and a netsuke toggle for securing it to the belt (total length with cord id 9 1/2") and 19th-century Japanese inro that features a bamboo-checkered design, inlaid with materials like mother-of-pearl to depict scenes such as insects or floral motifs.It comes complete with a netsuke (a carved toggle for securing the cord) and an ojime (a bead for tightening the cord). It measures approximately 13 1/2" in length. This piece does have some damage to the wood & inlaid design. Please see photos for more detailed information regarding condition
