Antique British bone china Rococo Revival style pierced dessert dish. Decorated with gold flowers and twigging over a pale yellow border. Has the motto in Altum in a pink ribbon above a gold and red bird of prey in the center. With gold highlights to the handles. Marked on the base Grainger Worcester in red. Circa 1830-1840s. Has some wear to the gilding, and an area of discolored crazing near the back edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches including the handle x 8 inches wide x 1 5/8 inches tall. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $30.
