Antique British bone china tea cup and saucer. The outside of the gold and the handle is decorated in gold. The inside of the cup has a gold encrusted band above raised gold floral scrollwork over a cobalt band above a gold encrusted band with floral scrollwork. The cup is marked Crescent GJ & Sons in puce. The saucer has an impressed date code 29 date code for 1929. Has some crazing typical of bone china, mostly visible in the bottom of the cup, wear to the gilding, and some staining, but otherwise good condition. The tea cup measures approximately 4 7/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide.
