Antique British mid 19th century brown and cream marbled mochaware pepper pot. Silvertone metal cap. Has a partial impressed mark on the base. Produced by J. Macintyre between 1855 and 1867. Has crazing typical of earthenware, and some wear, tarnish, corrosion, and dents to the metal cap, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 2 inches wide x 3 7/8 inches tall to the top of the cap. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $30.
