Antique Japanese porcelain demitasse pot, creamer, and sugar. Decorated with a hand painted black and gold landscape with trees, bushes, a house, and a body of water. The creamer and sugar have a small bird as well. Gold gilding along the edge and to the handles. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921. Has some wear to the gilding, and a tight crack extending off the edge of the lid to the pot, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 6 1/2 inches wide from spout to handle x 6 5/8 inches tall to the top of the lid finial. The creamer measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/4 inches tall. The sugar measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide from spout to handle x 3 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lid finial. These are antiques may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $40.
