Antique British bone china tea cup and saucer. Has a gold leaf band on the outside of the cup. Decorated on the inside of the cup and on the saucer with hand painted flowers in pink, orange, and purple over white framed in gold scrollwork over a cobalt border with gold medallions, scrollwork, and leaves. Unmarked. Possibly Coalport. Circa 1817 to 1825. Has wear to the gilding, wear consistent with age and use, and a discolored crack extending off the lip of the cup. The cup measures approximately 4 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide.
