Bailey and Co. From Philadelphia Pennsylvania sterling silver pap boat / invalid feeder. Bailey and Co was made up of Joseph Bailey, Jerome Robbins, J.T. Gallagher, A.N. Raymond, and James T. Balding silversmiths from 1848 to 1878. This one is dated 1855 on the monogram. Used British standard of Sterling Silver, instead of coin silver, which was more standard of American silver at the time. Low oval form and decorative handle. Excellent condition. Measures approximately 6 3/8 inches long and 3 inches wide. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $20.
