Nice antique British pearlware plate. Decorated in the Palestine #3 pattern from the Palestine series in brown transfer. Impressed Adams on the reverse. Also marked Palestine. Produced by William Adams. Circa 1830 to 1840. Has wear consistent with age and use, a small chip to the edge and some glaze wear and spots of staining. Measures approximately 8 3/8 inches wide.
