These two collectible mid-century cookie jars showcase the distinct artistry of popular mid-20th-century pottery manufacturers. On the left is the whimsical "Cinderella Pumpkin Coach" produced in the 1950s by Twin Winton, an American pottery company founded by brothers Bruce and Don Winton in California, celebrated for their playful, animal-themed kitchenware and distinct matte woodgrain glazes. On the right sits the highly detailed "Arcadia" jar (Model C-6672) from the 1960s, imported by Napco (National Potteries Corporation). Based in Bedford, Ohio, Napco mass-marketed these intricately embossed, hand-painted ceramic pieces under their "Napcoware" line, outsourcing the high-quality craftsmanship to manufacturing kilns in Japan. Together, they represent a nostalgic era of functional kitchen art, blending American storybook design with classic post-war imported ceramics. The cookie jars are sold as is.
