A large pair of pink and gold Siamese Dancers from the 1950's that will make a fun addition to the mid-century décor. The heavy pour molded ceramic have been painted with pink and then spray painted with gold and white spotting. The faces, hands and feet are painted with a deeper flesh tone. The fingers and face have accents in black and red. They rest on a slightly raised glazed foot. The bases are also glazed. One still has old green felt on the base where the other one has had it removed. The words "CALIFORNIA USA" are molded and visible on the base of the figure without the felt. Weighs 5 lb 6.7 oz (2460 g) CONDITION The shorter figure has two hairlines from the base. One is very small. The other hasn't traveled the other has traveled to the right foot. You can't see them because of the colorful painting. This figure has a tiny chip on the upraised hand and a couple of glaze misses on the other hand. The felt on the base is missing but there are still traces of glue. The taller figure a shallow hairline extending up the front from the base. Like with the other figure, it's very hard to see because of the colorful painting.
