Offered is Department 56 The Heritage Village Collection Dickens' Village Series "Ashwick Lane Hose & Ladder" Product No. 56.58305 Handpainted Porcelain. The building depicts a red brick firehouse No. 17 with tan stone trim, dark gray slate roof with white snow accents and gold cresting, tall square tower with black domed cupola with snow, open bell chamber with gold bell and black iron railing, two-story main block with arched double wood doors with black iron hardware and signage "ASHWICK LANE HOSE & LADDER" and "No 17" on pediment, arched yellow-lit windows, small side red door with gold hinges and green garland with red bow, wood barrel at base, hanging hose reel and bell details on rear elevation, and snow-covered base. Includes black plastic fence sections with green garland, gray ladder, and small trellis / gate accessories as pictured. Marked on bottom. Measures approximately 8" tall x 6" wide x 4-1/2" deep per rulers shown. Comes in original box with Styrofoam insert. The porcelain building shows light surface dust and minor paint scuffs consistent with handling and storage; no large chips or cracks noted. The plastic fence accessories are broken into several pieces as shown in photos, with some small fragments detached, and the garland fence shows separation. The original box shows edge wear, light scuffs, small creases and corner wear consistent with age and storage. Light cord or other accessories not pictured and not included unless shown.
