REFUND POLICY

Refunds & Errors All bidders are required to check, match and verify items on site during their pickup. Stock photos in the lot are for reference only regardless of their colour, type, design, material or faults. All items are sold on an “As Is” basis, with all faults and imperfections. Only new factory sealed items are eligible for a review if there is a verified material error in the listing description that results in the item being significantly different from what was advertised. All claims are subject to verification and approval by Flash Bids Liquidation. Refunds or credits will not be issued for any other reason, including buyer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to review the item description and condition before bidding. The refund or the credit can not exceed beyond the winning bid amount. In a situation where an item is listed in error or cannot be located during pickup for any reason, the bidder acknowledges that their sole recourse is a full refund for the specific item(s).
