TERMS CONDITIONS: Updated November 2, 2026 Registration: Upon registration, Flash Bids Liquidation will gather necessary information to confirm bidders identity before granting bidding privileges. This includes collecting credit card details to ascertain your eligibility as a buyer. It's essential that any and all bidders registering for the auction meet the legal age of 18 or over. Please ensure the information provided for your credit card is accurate, and the billing address on file must match the address associated with your credit card for successful payment processing. Payment: Registering for an auction incurs no fees however upon your initial registration upon your initial registration, a $1 CAD charge is processed to validate the card, which is refunded within 72 hours. Upon auction closing your credit card on file is charged for the total invoice of the winning item(s). If there is an issue with online payment or your payment is declined, you are required to contact Flash Bids Liquidation within the 24-hour payment period to make alternative payment arrangements. Other accepted payment methods include cash, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard. Failure to collect your items within the allotted time will result in charges to your credit card for the total invoice amount, along with a 35 per item abandonment fee regardless of the item hammer price or value. If your purchases exceed your credit limit, a deposit may be charged to your card, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of the auction's close, either in person at our facility or via E-transfer. If you are making a payment through E-Transfer please include your Bid Card Number or Invoice Number in the transfer memo so that your payment can be properly identified and applied to your account. Buyer's Premium & Handling Fee: Online Auctions are subject to a 15% Buyer's Premium, which is an additional fee added to your bid amount. It's important to consider the Buyer's Premium when placing your bids. For example, a $100 bid will become $115.00 with the 15% premium. Please note in addition to the Buyer's premium there will also be a $1.50 handling fee per item and 13% tax added to the total bid price. Reviewing Bids: Throughout the auction, you have the ability to monitor the status of your bids at any time. Please note that bids cannot be retracted for any reason. All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis, with all faults, and without any guarantees as to their suitability for a specific purpose. All bids are legally binding and enforceable in Ontario, Canada. You have the option to receive email notifications during the auction if you've been outbid. Please be aware that outbid notifications are not sent during the last two hours of the sale. Pick up: If you are unable to arrange for item pickup, please refrain from bidding. All items are sold in their current condition, and any faults are acknowledged.
