Van Briggle pottery cornucopia vase, Colorado Springs. A sweeping, sculptural cornucopia form rises from a round foot, finished in the pottery's matte turquoise-blue "Ming blue" glaze. The unglazed base is hand-incised with the conjoined "AA" logo in a square, the number 56, and "Van Briggle / Colo Spgs" in script. Approx. 8.5" H. No chips or cracks observed; the matte glaze is clean and even, as photographed.
