Cavan Crystal-Style Mantel Clock

Cavan quartz mantel clock featuring a clear, faceted body with a fan-shaped surround and a broad rectangular base. Radiating vertical facets frame the dial, while a diamond-patterned base catches and reflects the light. The cream-coloured dial features black Roman numerals, a printed minute track, black hands, and a silver-tone bezel. The face is marked “Cavan,” “Quartz,” and “Made in Germany.” The German origin marking appears on the dial; the origin and composition of the clear decorative body have not been independently confirmed. An elegant accent for a mantelpiece, desk, sideboard, or display cabinet, combining traditional clock styling with a sparkling crystal-like appearance. Pre-owned condition with visible marks and brownish residue or discolouration in several areas of the base. Some wear is also visible around the dial surround.
