Treasure Craft "Cookie Express" bear train conductor cookie jar (Model No. E38-9), originally manufactured in the United States. This popular collectible features a charming brown teddy bear styled as a railroad engineer. He is sculpted sitting back in blue denim denim-textured overalls, a red paisley-pattern bandana tied around his neck, and an oversized blue engineer's cap embossed with a badge reading "Cookie Express". The conductor bear holds a golden pocket watch aloft in his left hand to keep the train on schedule. The engineer's cap serves as the removable lid to access the interior storage compartment
