An abstract lithograph on paper by Walter Khüny, dated 1972. The composition is built from gestural strokes of bold blue, with secondary accents of orange, green, and red. The print captures painterly effects including impasto and palette knife marks from the original work, and close-up inspection reveals a mechanical halftone dot pattern. The piece is signed W. Khüny 72 in the lower right corner. It is presented in a dark-toned wood-grain effect frame with a double-layered cream and blue mat under glass. The reverse features a brown paper backing with a label for the Framing Corner, Grimsby, Ontario. Dimensions (measured against a tape measure): Frame approx. H 52.1 cm x W 39.4 cm (approx. 20.5 x 15.5 inches). Condition: The artwork is in good condition, with no visible signs of foxing, fading, or moisture damage to the paper. The frame and glazing are intact with only minor surface scuffing consistent with age and handling.
