West Section Auction Service LLC Firearms Purchase Terms & Conditions All firearm purchases conducted through West Section Auction Service LLC are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By registering, bidding, or purchasing a firearm, the buyer agrees to the following legally binding terms: • Transfer Fee: A non-refundable $25 transfer fee will be charged to the buyer for each firearm purchased. This fee is mandatory and applies to all transactions. • FFL Requirement (Out-of-State Buyers): All out-of-state buyers are required to provide a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer prior to shipment. Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. All shipping, handling, insurance, and receiving transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. • Background Check & Legal Eligibility: All buyers must pass a federal background check and meet all legal requirements to purchase and possess a firearm. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. • Failure to Complete Transfer: If a buyer is denied, delayed, or otherwise unable to legally take possession of a firearm for any reason, the firearm will not be released. The sale will remain final, and no refunds or credits will be issued. The buyer remains fully responsible for the entire purchase price, transfer fees, and any additional costs incurred. • Buyer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to understand and comply with all local, state, and federal firearm laws prior to bidding or purchasing. West Section Auction Service LLC assumes no responsibility for a buyer’s inability to legally complete a transfer. • Payment Obligation: All winning bids constitute a legally binding contract. Failure to remit payment will result in collection actions and may include additional fees, penalties, and/or legal action. • All Sales Final: All firearm sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted for any reason. West Section Auction Service LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel any transaction, or require additional verification at its sole discretion. By participating in any firearm sale, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
