PAYMENT

For amounts under $15,000, accepted payment methods include cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer. All items must be paid for within 72 hours of email notice to avoid a finance charge. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. For amounts over $15,000, wire transfer is the only accepted payment method. WSAS does not charge fees for wire transfers; however, your bank may impose its own fees. Payment for all auction items is due within 72 hours after the formal invoice is sent via email, unless alternative arrangements have been made. If payment is not received within this time frame, and no prior arrangements have been made, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount owed. Failure to make payment within 72 hours will result in the bidder being permanently suspended from participating in any future auctions. Any unpaid invoices may result in the items being deemed property of West Section Auction Service and will no longer be available to the bidder. We strongly encourage all bidders to make payment promptly to avoid any disruptions in their account or future bidding opportunities. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please contact us immediately to avoid penalties.
