Lot 40: 4 Equipment / Air Conditioner Equipment Pads This lot features 4 composite / plastic outdoor equipment condenser pads designed for HVAC condensing units, heat pumps, or outdoor mechanical equipment. All pads are used decommissioned facility items selling together as one lot in AS IS, WHERE IS condition. The pads show typical signs of outdoor installation, equipment footprint contact, and facility use, including ground dirt, surface weathering, scuffs, minor chips, and cosmetic wear. Condensing units, mounting brackets, hold-down bolts, or vibration pads are not included unless pictured in the lot photos. Review all photographs closely and attend the scheduled preview to inspect the pads in person before bidding. An 18% buyer’s premium applies. Loading Policy: NO LOADING EQUIPMENT OR ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE. Equipment pads are bulky and awkward to handle in stacks. Buyers must supply all necessary labor, straps, and suitable transport vehicles to safely load and transport their purchases. Staff on site cannot assist with lifting or loading. Shipping Policy: This is a local pickup-only auction Payment Terms: An 18% buyer’s premium applies to all winning bids.
