Lot 37: Plastic Plant / Grow Trays This lot features a grouping of commercial plastic plant/grow trays from a decommissioned indoor cultivation facility. All trays are used facility equipment selling together as one lot in AS IS, WHERE IS condition. Trays have not been sanitized, washed, or leak-tested. They show typical signs of active greenhouse and grow room use, including nutrient residue, dried mineral or water staining, dirt, surface scuffs, and minor handling cracks or chipped edges. Drainage fittings, bulkheads, stands, tables, or irrigation lines are not included unless pictured in the lot photos. Review all photographs closely and attend the scheduled preview to inspect the full stack in person before bidding. An 18% buyer’s premium applies. Buyers must supply all necessary labor, tie-down straps, and suitable transport vehicles or trailers to load and remove the entire lot. Staff on site cannot assist with lifting or loading.
