Adopt this adorable vintage Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie doll named Alvina Cleo! This sweet baby comes dressed in a lavender and white outfit with matching bonnet, socks, and shoes, and includes the original Birth Certificate & Adoption Papers booklet. The doll is marked 1985 Original Appalachian Artworks / Coleco Industries and features the facsimile Xavier Roberts signature. The paperwork shows noticeable wear and tearing from age, while the doll remains in good pre-owned condition with light wear consistent with normal play. A wonderful collectible for Cabbage Patch enthusiasts or anyone looking to add a classic Preemie doll to their collection.
