Auction ends Wednesday, October 21st, with soft close starting at 7PM CST PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Driveway space is VERY limited. See sample pickup photo below. FRIDAY 10/23 Furniture, Large Items & Trailers Limited small-item appointments will also be available. ONLY ONE TRAILER can access the property at a time. SATURDAY 10/24 General Pickup 3–4 PM reserved for Furniture & Large Items MONDAY 10/26 CHANDELIERS / INSTALLED LIGHTS ONLY No chandelier removal Friday or Saturday. Buyer MUST bring their own ladder, tools & help and is responsible for removal. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Staff cannot load furniture or heavy items. DO NOT arrive outside your appointment time. Due to the size of this estate, the large amount of furniture, and extremely limited driveway access, pickup will be strictly controlled. Approximately 1,100 lots must be removed from the property, and the driveway can accommodate only a limited number of vehicles at one time. ALL PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please do not arrive outside of your scheduled pickup time. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23— FURNITURE, TRAILERS & LIMITED SMALL-ITEM PICKUP Friday will be our primary pickup day for furniture, oversized items, large purchases and anyone requiring a trailer. Because the driveway can accommodate ONLY ONE TRAILER AT A TIME, trailer appointments will be scheduled in designated one-hour time slots. Limited 30-minute small-item pickup windows will be available between trailer appointments. DO NOT book a small-item appointment if you are bringing a trailer or have furniture/large items to remove. You may be required to wait or return at another time if you arrive with a trailer during a small-item pickup window. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24— GENERAL PICKUP Saturday will be the primary pickup day for small and regular-size purchases. General pickup will be by scheduled appointment with a limited number of vehicles allowed onto the property at one time. The final hour, 3:00–4:00 PM, is reserved for furniture and large-item pickup. If your purchases require a trailer, please select a Friday trailer appointment whenever possible. MONDAY, OCTOBER 26 — CHANDELIERS & INSTALLED LIGHT FIXTURES ONLY ALL chandeliers and installed light fixtures will remain in place during Friday and Saturday pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS. This allows us to maintain lighting in the home and clear furniture and other merchandise before ladders and equipment are brought inside. Chandelier and installed-light removal will take place Monday, October 19, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased fixtures and must bring their own ladders, tools, equipment, packing materials and sufficient help. Natural State Auction Co. staff will not disconnect or remove installed fixtures.
