This is an online only auction to liquidate an estate in St. Charles, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 20th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Thursday, October 22nd at the home. At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from [email protected]. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER Shipping is completed in house. Our preferred method is PayPal invoicing for ease of use. If you have a different email for PayPal, please let us know by responding to your invoice.
