PAYMENT...INVOICES!! CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!!

Updated October 16, 2026

After the auction closes, HiBid will charge the card you selected and authorized when registering for the auction. A receipt or invoice will be sent to the email address on your HiBid account at the time the charge is processed, whether the payment succeeds or is declined. If you can’t find your invoice, check your spam folder and the watch list in your HiBid account. Add our email address to your contacts to help keep future messages out of spam. Which card will be charged? The card you register with and authorize by entering the three-digit security code is the card that will be charged after the auction. Please make sure it has enough available credit or funds. Credit and debit cards may have daily spending limits, so contact your bank if needed. Once you’ve authorized a card for the auction, we cannot change it or access other cards on your account. Changing your card with HiBid after registering does not change the card authorized for our auction. Please confirm that you’ve selected the card you want to use before completing registration. This is HiBid’s policy. If your payment is declined If the card on file is declined, you may either: Bring a card and your driver’s license when you pick up your items; or Request an invoice and payment link, which lets you pay online with another card. We do not accept card payments over the phone. Unpaid purchases may be reported to HiBid as a non-paying bidder and could result in being banned from future auctions.
