We Have A Collection Of Gothic Furniture That Came Out Of A Multi-million Dollar Nc Estate Included In The Auction. Some Of These Pieces Are Very, Very Heavy. While Most Have Trim Pieces That Can Be Easily Removed For Transporting The Item, Some Do Not. Pieces Like Lot 37, Curio Cabinet Will Have To Be Loaded From The Loading Dock As The Trim Pieces Do Not Come Off And Will Not Fit Through The Front Door. However, Lot 35 Has Trim That Is Easily Removed And Also Breaks Down Into Multiple Pieces. Auction Orange Will Not Be Assisting In Loading These Items. Please Bring The Proper Help And Vehicle To Load Out On Monday.
