Size: 36" 73.5". Description Made in Australia. 1927. Single-sided porcelain (SSP). This campaign "Single, Double, Triple" was conducted by Shell in October 1927. Shell only ran this campaign once. Marked, "ENAMEL WKS. GEELONG" lower left and "PROPERTY OF THE SHELL COMPANY LTD." lower right. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #402820). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions. All purchases are eligible for free delivery to the Winter 2026 Dixie Gas Show on December 4th. From the Barry Yorgason Collection. Condition Very good colour and gloss. Minor oxidation and streaks extending from upper mounting holes. Field chips including two chips with touch ups: one to the second "L" in "Shell", and the second above the "D" in "Guaranteed". Edge, margin and mounting hole chips with touch up. Stable stress-cracking to the upper left corner with touch up. Medium Single-sided porcelain (SSP). Provenance From the Barry Yorgason Collection.
