Handmade folk-art style “Good Luck” crock or planter with a rounded, bulbous shape and two small decorative side handles. This piece is ceramic or pottery and hand-painted painted light blue with a dark navy-blue rim and handles. Raised, hand-painted lettering reads “Good Luck” on the front, accented with colorful raised floral/clover-like decorations in yellow/pink/red and green. The handmade construction and brushwork give it a charming, rustic appearance. Dimensions are approximately 3 1/2"h x 5"diameter. Good pre-owned handmade condition with cosmetic wear. There are paint chips, scuffs, scratches, small marks, and areas of uneven or missing paint, particularly around the dark blue rim and exterior. The interior shows surface scratches, marks, spotting, and hairline cracking/crazing visible along the bottom/interior surface. The unpainted base also shows light staining, marks, and wear. No obvious large chips or missing sections are visible. The irregular finish, lettering, and paint application appear consistent with a handmade piece.
