Studio art pottery lidded jar by American potter Dennis Kirchmann, featuring a hand-built ceramic body with a wood-grain glaze designed to resemble richly finished wood. The vessel is accented by multi-part applied handles and a metallic pierced insert-style lid, with subtle surface variations consistent with handmade construction. Jar is approximately 20" tall and 18" wide.
