One 1981 Canadian one-dollar silver coin featuring a steam locomotive on the reverse with a map of Canada in the background and the inscriptions Dollar, 1981, and Canada, framed by a beaded border. The obverse shows the profile of Queen Elizabeth II with the inscriptions Elizabeth II and D G Regina. The coin is housed in a clear protective capsule and shows a proof-like finish with reflective fields, light surface marks, and some discoloration on the mirrored surface.
