A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final hammer price of all purchases. A 6.75% sales tax will be collected on all applicable sales unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to payment. Agreement to Terms: By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all auction terms and conditions, including our specified payment methods and designated pickup schedules. Condition of Items: All property is sold "as-is, where-is," with all faults and without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Account Accountability: Failure to settle invoices in full will result in the account being reported through the HiBid system. Please be advised that negative reporting may result in the revocation of bidding privileges by other auction houses within the network. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline registration or deny bidding access to any user with a documented history of unpaid invoices or negative feedback from other auctioneers.
