A large round timber cross-section slab cut from a log. The piece features a rough-sawn, weathered surface showing radial cracking and checking consistent with natural drying and outdoor exposure. The outer perimeter retains its natural bark texture and contours. A green adhesive tape label marked with the handwritten digits 146 is applied to the upper edge. Approximate diameter 91 cm (note: only inches shown on scale). Condition: The slab shows extensive weathering and discoloration from outdoor exposure. Prominent radial cracking and checking are present across the grain. The bark edge is largely intact but shows signs of natural decay and detachment in some areas.
