Pair of Louis XVI Style open armchairs painted cream, with ribbon-tied bow crests and fluted uprights. Back and seat cushions are upholstered in a woven blush fabric with nailhead trim, on fluted tapering legs. Arm pads are worn through to the backing on both chairs. Paint is rubbed on the arms and legs, and the cushions show soiling. Damages to the frames are present due to age.
