Its primary function is to achieve and maintain the specific STC (Sound Transmission Class) value of the system designed. This white sealant can be used in office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes and other types of commercial and residential construction. OSI GreenSeries Draft & Acoustical Sound Sealant exceeds LEED green building requirements, is low V.O.C., and is low odor. It can be easily cleaned while still wet with soap and water. Coverage: 85 linear feet of 1/4" bead, 40 linear feet of 3/8" bead. This paintable sealant remains flexible and adheres firmly to wood, metal studs, concrete, gypsum board and most other common building materials. ****** IMPORTANT NOTE ******* By bidding on this lot you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms: * We do not guarantee the packaging or box of any item. * We don’t expect anyone to pay for an item that is not as represented, however we ask that you preview items prior to bidding. * Minor issues such as scuffs or minor scratches will not be warranted. * Larger items or chemicals may not be eligible for shipping, especially international. * International shipping is available, however we ask the customer to arrange their own shipping and send us a pre-paid label. We will NOT guantee any product being shipped. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please purchase that extra. No returns allowed unless item is not as represented. * All winnings MUST be paid for no later than Friday following the conclusion of the auction. Any items not paid by Friday will be charged to the credit card on file.
