All items will sell as is where is with opportunity for buyer to view and ask questions regarding the items in the sale. This auction will run for 7 days and is a no reserve auction. We have done our best to inspect each item in this auction and to note any flaws through photographs and wording in the description. We will have one night of preview for these items. Preview night is Thursday, October 1st from 3pm-5:30pm. We will also be working at our building throughout the week of the auction. Should you wish to come at an alternate time to preview, please text or call Kristy @ 641-895-2509 or Tom @ 641-895-2508. Pick up dates for this auction will be Monday, October 5th, 2026 from 10am-530pm and/or Tuesday, October 6th, 2026 from 3pm-530pm. If you need an alternate pick-up time/date, you will need to make arrangements with Kristy @ 641-895-2509. Scheduled Preview night is Thursday, October 1st, 2026 from 3:00pm to 5:30pm. We will be at our auction facility @ 1916 South 18th Street, Centerville, IA throughout the week of the auction. You are free to call/text Kristy @ 641-895-2509 or Tom @ 641-895-2508 to come preview items at an alternate time. Auction dates are Sunday, September 27th, 2026, with bidding opening @ 6:00pm Central/Standard Time. The auction will run through Sunday, October 4th, 2026, with the "soft" close beginning @ 4:00pm Central/Standard Time. There will be two scheduled dates for check out of the items you win. The dates are Monday, October 5th, 2026 from 10am-5:30pm and Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 3pm-5:30pm. ALL items will be picked up at our auction barn location: 1916 South 18th Street, Centerville, IA 52544. NOTE: You will need to bring help for loading items. We have a "few" boxes available but not many to use. If you have several small items, you may want to bring your own paper, towels, etc. to wrap for protection of breakable items. We provide two-wheel carts and/or Rubbermaid carts to assist with getting your items to the doorways. We do have two overhead doors that make loading furniture or larger items easier, but we do ask you to bring your own lifting help. Buyer's Premium for this auction will be 13%. There will be a 3% discount for all buyers who pay with Cash, Good Check or Venmo. (@Kj-Demry) Shipping will be determined by lot, please check for the small shipping icon above each item for sale in the auction to determine if shipping is available. Pick up dates are 10-5-2026 from 10am-530pm and 10-6-2026 from 3pm-530pm. You will need to provide your own help for picking up or carrying out your items purchased in this auction. There will be Rubbermaid carts and two-wheel carts available. You will also want to bring paper or cloths to protect any breakables you may have purchased.
