Collectors and history enthusiasts, take note! This exceptional lot features a collection of vintage Disabled American Veterans metal key tags. These fascinating pieces of Americana served as a charitable program where owners would attach them to their keychains; if lost, the finder could simply drop them in any mailbox to be returned to the DAV national headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Each tag is detailed with 'Land of Lincoln,' Illinois license plate-style numbering, and the official DAV mission information. With a variety of vibrant colors, font styles, and unique registration codes, this assortment offers a deep dive into mid-century organizational history and road-tripping culture. These sturdy, functional collectibles are ready to be organized into your collection today!
