PICK-UP OF ALL ITEMS will be on THURSDAY, October 8, 2026, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST at THE MOFFAT AUCTION CENTER 467 CO. RD. 604, LINN MO 65051. Please bring Packing Materials, Boxes/Totes and Labor for the removal of your items. PLEASE BRING LABOR FOR REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS. NO LABOR FOR REMOVING ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE AUCTION COMPANY. ALL PREPRINTED LOT NUMBERS AND FLATS CONTAINING LOTS WILL REMAIN WITH AUCTION COMPANY. The lots will be picked by the Auction Company and brought to you. SHIPPING: Shipping will not begin until the following week. There will be numerous lots to be shipped, PLEASE be patient. We will ship your items as soon as possible! We will not ship any items that are large. There is shipping on small items only. NO LARGE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED. There will be a shipping and handling fee, including packaging fee, charged for any items that are shipped. For any items requiring an FFL to ship the items, there will be a fee charged for that service. If a buyer buys a large quantity of items and is sending a shipper or truck at buyer's expense or direction and another shipping time needs to be arranged, please contact Richard Moffat at 573-690-2823 or [email protected] immediately after the close of the auction. Any items not removed within one week after the close of the auction shall be charged a storage fee unless a prior reasonable arrangement is approved by Richard Moffat Auction Service. Additionally, Richard Moffat Auction Service reserves the right to resell items in the online auction for which a buyer has paid that a buyer refuses to pick up from The Moffat Auction Center after a reasonable period after the close of the auction and notice provided. Assistance with loading may be available but not guaranteed.
