(Alan and Rosemary Bennett are highly regarded American ceramic artists based in Bath, New York, where they have operated their full-time studio together since 1990), and one is signed Bill Penn from Bryantown, MD (he is known for creating a wide variety of whimsical, highly detailed clay creatures, often referred to as "Kooky Ceramics").
