Frontispiece in each volume, map, plate of facsimile signatures. xl, 527; xix, 547 pp. 19th century half calf over marbled boards, spines gilt in compartments, marbled edges and endpapers. Front board of vol 1 reattached; joints and extremities a little rubbed. Provenance: Henry M. Brookfield (bookplates).
