[HAMILTON, GERALD.] Desert Dreamers: A Romance of Friendship. By Patrick Weston. London: At The Sign Of The Tiger Lilly, 1914. 8vo. 112 pp. Publisher's green paper covered illustrated boards, illustrated endpapers. First edition, 250 copies printed, of this early twentieth century, pseudonymously published gay novel. Hamilton was the inspiration for Christopher Isherwood's character Mr. Norris, and Isherwood wrote the introduction for a later edition of the book. Scarce in any condition. Condition: Some soiling to boards, minor wear to extremities, spinepaper lacking.
