Two amethyst glass items: (1) Blenko Glass Company 'Twisted Stem Compote,' catalog no. 444-CP, 2 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" diameter, produced between 1944-1953, and (2) Fenton Art Glass Company 'Fairy Lamp,' catalog no. 8410, 2" tall, 5" diameter, produced in the 1970s-1980s. Both pieces are hand-blown in rich amethyst color and remain collectible pieces from West Virginia glassmakers.
