Situated near the Manzano Mountains and the Cibola National Forest, this area offers expansive desert landscapes and mountain views, appealing to those seeking a remote and natural setting. It's a favorite for hikers, climbers, off-road drivers, and anyone drawn to remote high-desert beauty. This quarter-acre vacant lot sits conveniently off Commerce Blvd. Meta (formerly Facebook) opened its Los Lunas Data Center in 2019 and continues to expand rapidly. Once fully built out, the facility is expected to support 350-400 permanent jobs and drive significant construction employment. Overall, Valencia County combines low-cost land, strategic positioning near Albuquerque, rich outdoor amenities, and a major economic driver in the form of Meta's expanding data campus, backed by sustainable energy growth, offering a rare blend of affordability and growth potential in New Mexico! NOTE: Approximately $200 in back taxes will become the responsibility of the buyer.
